Lilly infested.

Hi all,
My James Brydon lilly is totally infested with 'Blackfly'?
Looks just like the tops of broad beans on a realy bad day.

How can I treat the pest? I don't have fish but there are newts & pondlife.
Help please.

Control is very difficult in ponds all you can do is wipe them off if you can reach the affected plant or hose them off if you can't.
