They've had the nerve to raise the line rental charge by 20%.
This is now twice the cost of the calls I make!

Ill begin by sayin i used to work for NTL / Vigin as a salesperson

anyhow what im sayin is if your over the age of 60 and your calls dont exceed your line rental for 2 quarters or more you can ask to go on a low user discount they dont advertise this but you must have lower calls for 2 quarter or more ill bet a new 20p on this one
