Farrah Fawcett the American movie and TV star died a couple of days ago she came to fame in this country in the TV cop series 'Charlies Angels' and also on my bedroom wall, :)

RIP - a talented artist who died from a horrible disease well before her time.

And she was stunning & dignified to the end!

Very sad, Ryan was with her to the end, I remember him in Peyton Place.

There is a variety of sweet pea called Charlies Angels, I bought some last year.

Just checked with "he who knows everything" - I WAS WRONG!!!  It was Lindsay Wagner who was the Bionic Woman.  Farrah Fawcett married Lee Majors (the bionic man)

I thought that it was rather spooky that Ryan O'neil did the 'Love Story' film and now he has lived a similar end to his long time partner.

She did leave Lee Majors (60 million dollar man/bounty hunter) for Ryan and the Lee never recovered from it. It seems that she had it written into her contract when she also had to alter her name to Farrah Fawcett-Majors. That she would leave the set on time to make his evening meal.

Perhaps in those days they were not paid enough to  employ staff.

Farah is the one I most remember out of Charlies Angels and I have been growing the sweet pea for years. It's one of my favourites. Whenever I look at it I think of her.
