We have some ulster sceptre potatoes planted on 10th April. We need the space for brassicas. What is the best way to store them. We didn't find them as nice as swift. Sorry if it's already been answered

Kepouros

Treat them the same as maincrop.  Cut the tops down, leave them in the ground for 2 weeks for the skins to set, and then dig them up, dry them off in the sun for a few hours and put them in either hessian or paper sack in the coolest place you can find.  If you`re luck they`ll last until Christmas, but if we get a very warm September you`ll probably find them sprouting in the sacks
