I have a 3 tier stacking wormery and have just discovered a large ants nest in the top tier with many of the ants now moving down ito the middle tier. What would be the best way to get rid of them without harming the worms? Or should I just leave them there?

Break up the nest, you may have to repeat this a couple of times. They don't like having their home destroyed & will look for somewhere else to live.
