Grape Vines

I have got a couple of grape vines in a poly tunnel, do you have to water them to swell the fruit?

If the roots are in the soil they will find it.. if in a pot yes.  :)

thanks for the reply, they are in the soil and growing very well, gave them a summer prune yesterday.
