That looks sooo good!  Must admit am feeling slightly envious - I haven't got a lottie, just a veg plot in the garden and by the look of things just your strawberry bed is almost half as big as my entire veg plot...  Oh well, probably just as well, I've only just about got time to semi-properly deal with what I've got!

Everything is looking really good, especially the squashes.  I only planted mine last weekend and there is no sign yet.  I hope you get a good harvest.  Be sure to post more pictures as the year progresses.

Looks fantastic, gives me inspiration, do you stagger sowing for continual crops, or do you store the produce as well as you propagate it?

MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

QuoteHow long do you leave your toms in there 4" pots?

These are actually in 3" (70c) pots and will normally stay in these to planting out time.

If I encountered a delay for some reason e.g. weather then I might up the pot size.

But I can't recall when I did that last!

Quotedo you stagger sowing for continual crops,

With most crops No! salad crops Yes!

I don't grow summer maturing cabbage I tend to grow the late varieties simply because at the time summer cabbages are ready so is lots of more exotic veg!

Quotedo you store the produce as well

Things such as Potatoes,Onions, Shallots & Garlic  Yes!

More tender stuff I tend to freeze although I prefer eating most stuff just as it is harvested!

I keep feeling I'm too late and as if I should have everything in by now. But like you said, it's still only April. I think it's this weather, makes me think it's August! It's bloody lovely here.
Tony.

Sow it, grow it, eat it.

Hm.  Well.  You could have done what I did and sow everything too early AGAIN!  My cucumber plants are over a meter tall and have started producing cucumbers, my tomatoes are in flower - but can I plant them out yet?  Can I heck.  Grumble.

Must learn patience next year... ::)
