The dear little mouses have eaten all of my sweet corn. Have sown some more today. Tone left them something else to eat..It was the spuds last year. Wouldn't mind but he's only just concreted all the GH floor cos of the rats we had. The mouse must have snook in whilst I was going in and out the door
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Where did you put them to germinate? Mine go on the windowsill till they come up, and anything vulnerable to mice always goes on the top shelves of the mini-greenhouses. Apart from that, try traps or poison.

If you're going to leave mouse food in pots in the greenhouse, get some chicken netting and bend it into 'cages'. It ruins the mouses teeth trying to knaw through it  ;)

I thought the greenhouse was mouse proof Robert.

I've had seeds eaten on the bottom levels of the mini-greenhouses (they're standing on soil, so they can burrow) but the top shelf seems to be far enough from their noses, thus far at least.
