Slow roasting beef!

Hi guys,

Never really slow cooked beef i have a 1.62 kg roasting joint to cook and wondered how slow i could cook it! I'm at work today and wondered if i could pop it in before i leave!

Any tips advice  ;D

Should just mention i dont own a slow cooker. So just in a normal gas oven ;D

mummybunny you can cook it at about 130 all day
sorry i dont know what that is for gas

Thanks i have a book that will tell me what gas mark that is How many hours at that temp?
