grapes

these are my grapes i grew 2008

muscat of alexandria ,will be in there 4th year this time.

it was the first time they fruited 08

at the other end of theGH i have a black hamburgh,

i am hoping that it will also produce fruit this year,

as it will be in its 3rd this time.

can anyone give me help or advice on how to look after them?

read loads of books but they all keep coming up with

different things  ??? ??? .an ABC guide would be brill.

I do outdoor myself... seem to have done well. A few less leaves would have got more light to the fruit and a bit of thinning within the bunch to avoid the small grapes...  :-\

can you take the leaves off while the vines are in full growth?

Yes, they are edible if prepared (Dolmades?). Should cut off all growth a couple of leaves after a bunch has set... reduces chance of mildew on the fruit as the moisture gets caught between the leaves and the glass...
