What do i do?

Hi all,

Well i have new neighbours over the back they approached me in the garden about 4 weeks ago saying they were going to be taking down there fence that divided our gardens at the end of the garden. They were just informing me that there were plans to replace the fence with a wall. I said no problem as its there fence if they want to have a wall that's fine.

Thing is they started yesterday without telling me and i have had to send our dog Angus around my parents as he can easily get out of the garden now. There is a drop from our garden onto the backing houses by about 3 foot so they are going to have to build the wall at least that high. What i didn't expect was for them to remove the trees that were at the bottom of our garden there was about 2 ft behind our shed and playhouse which was where the trees were planted and gave us privacy from the back.

How would you approach them?  :o

Yes my OH has been out and spoken to them they said they fell down when they took the fence away because of the level drop! OH seems happy with that eplaination he also mentioned about having to put the dog around are parents so he said he would put stuff up  to make sure he's safe also so im happy with that  ;D
