Planting in manured ground

Other than spuds, squashes and courgetttes, what else can we grow in recently maured ground?

It is old manure that has been forked into the earth - no new stuff at all.

most things apart from carots they will fork Brassicas will need a little lime in the ground there ph is a little different about 6.7 to 7.5 if im not mistaken and cant do both at the same time dont mix lime and manure or you will end up with the most dreadfull amonia smell

Pretty much any veg except tap rooted types such as the carrots, parsnips, etc allready mentioned.
