I got the go ahead today to take on the plot next to mine.  ;D

And best of all it has a shed  ;D  ;D

My horizons re veg growing possibilities have just broadened....considerably.

Oooh, that's a good feeling isn't it! :D

I got 2/3rds of the plot next door last year, still slowly making headway with it, but so many possibilities.... ;D

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Great news Suzanne. We are trying to get the plot alongside us as it has been well dug by the previous occupant but they gave it to someone else who doesn't know if they want to work it.  :( Alongside our shed is a pile of rubbish which have been told we can help ourselves to.  ??? It is an eyesore and with piles of dumped carpet, it could be a home to absolutely anything.  We have only had our plot since the beginning of January and have almost rough dug all of it. We may be lucky to get this plot before the weeds take over. keep your fingers crossed for us. Happy lottying on both plots :) :) :)

Congratulations Suzanne and a shed, that must be like heaven :)

Congratulations... by the end of June you still won't have enough room!!!  :-X

Suzanne

Thanks all  :)

And fingers crossed for all of you looking to expand.

The plot I am taking over has been cultivated by the same chap for the last 40 years, it is in such good nick that a light dig will do. And the shed is built of ash timber, I just need to give it a bit of a spruce with cuprinol or similar. Absolute heaven.
