Bought a sandwich at work today with egg in it. I thought eggs were eggs until I read the ingredient list on the back. It read  -  Whole boiled egg [egg, water, citric acid, trisodium nitrate] It made me think -perhaps someone sits there with a syringe injecting water etc into eggs!
Will cook my own in future even if it stinks the department out!!

Scary what they put into our food, even just a sandwich.

Might help though if you have cystitis.  Eat shop bought egg sarnies.
