There are other ways but I pay £10 a year to Dan,who owns the site and below the message panel you will see additional options ,click that and then click browse,choose your photo and click and it will come to the post.

you could also use a free hosting site like photobucket or flickr to upload your pictures from your computer then you copy & paste the [IMG] link onto your post.
