At the bottom of my screen i have a hugh, plain blue band is this something new? or is my puter playing up, i am loosing quite a bit of screen actually!!!!!.
I do have the usual things on it ie: speaker , ip,etc: etc: but why the big 3" strip?.

Have you got the adverts blocked? The bottom blue strip is where they appear, so have you got some new software with an ad blocker? ???
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Oh, dunno then......... sure you haven't got the screen minimiser on/altered? That's the only other thing I can think of! :-\

Is this blue band there all the time even when your not on the internet?
If so you have just made your task bar bigger you can put it back to normal if you hover your mouse pointer over the upper edge of it click and hold then drag it back down to its normal width.

right click on the blue bar and left click 'lock taskbar' it will stop it happening again.

Sam don't be a meany, without our computers how can Mary and me keep up with any gossip? I do have an advantage over Mary I only have to shout HELP very loudly and son John is near enough to pop in on the way home :)
