if there are 2 sites and there are waiting list, by law do the council have to find some more land to cope with demand ?

dont think so here in Horley when we got are first one six years ago only waited a month then got pick of second one then got third and gave one up three was to much for us now the waiting list is three to four years they say asking in local paper now for people to let you have some of your garden at home to cope with demand
