credit card problem

Has anyone had problems with their Goldfish credit card changing to Barclays?  First they did not collelct my payment and now I can't get a statement up online.

When they took over the Woolwich it was a nightmare. 2 lots of statements from each one and when I complained about the amount of paper coming through the letterbox they more or less told me to f off. I asked for paperless billing. NO! I asked for less statements NO!

I have at last got an online account, (after 2 years) but I cannot use it properly as I have to have something called pin sentry, can I have one NO! not until we have verified your account.

I would move tomorrow but I expect it would take about a year and we have payments from wages, pension, etc going in, and standing orders going out.
