We went to the plot yesterday and dug up the carrots for storing, Cleaned out the  GH, Came home and did the necessary with the carrots. It all came back to me (how I felt after my first day on the plot) Talk about an aching back. Am so pleased that it's raining today haha. Must try to takes things a little more slowly until my muscles get used to the hard graft. Nice to be back though.

Glad to hear you are back in the muck n bullets of allotment life,don't worry about them muscles by this time next week you will have muscles on muscles,if this wind and rain go away that is ;D.
