Chutney Part Deux

Going to make my second batch at the weekend!  Just love the stuff and want to make sure I have enough to take me into next year..I am thinking of spicing it up a bit with Hot chillis..!!  Any other ingredients ideas would be great.. Was thinking of maybe aubergines..

See the entry for River Cottage Chutney.. Made some about 2 weeks ago.. Really nice!  Thought I would make another batch this weekend using more chillis... I love hot pickles/chutneys
