I freeeze them with their coats on.

For cooking I zap in the microwave ( pre thawed) for 3 minutes and  strip off their greenery.

I find that the greenery keeps them from drying out in the freezer, works a treat for me.
When God blesses you with a multitude of seeds double  the blessing by sharing your  seeds with other folks.
