Hello?! Hello?! Anybody there? If I can just get past this bloody high grass! Ah there we go... Finally I have managed to find my way out of the long grass and brambles and get back on here!

I've been absent for a few months now whilst my son went in for his heart operation and then various other reasons.

Anywho thats all by the by now and I'm back! Not only am I back but I've also moved! Allotment sites, not homes. I've JUST taken over a nicely worked plot on the Yarm allotment site that is literally a stone throw away from my house! (I'd see it if there wasn't trees!) So I'm going to be a busy bee getting the autumn things in.

Looking forward to speaking to you all again,
Shane

Hi Lacelotte

Nice to hear from you again.  Haven't a clue where Yarm is anyway.  But sounds like you will be busy!

Old Bird

kt.

It is great to have a plot so close to the house.  Mine is only a 5 minute walk.  Still time to get some stuff in the ground ;)
All you do and all you see is all your life will ever be

Welcome back L.
Nice town centre in Yarm....Is it still Yorkshire or did the Geordies nick it? Wy-eye lads.

Lacelotte

Thanks guys. Good to be back.
Yarm is still in North Yorkshire yeah. Well it is geographicaly but it comes under Stockton-on-Tees Council. (Oldbird, Yarm is a little town on the river Tees)

Rhubarb, my new plot is on the top site of allotments. The ones that back on to Whinney Flats. I just live in the meadowings so it really is handy!

Rhubarb Thrasher

i know it

Yarm used to be famous as it had the largest number of pubs in the shortest distance in the High Street, being at the end of the navigable bit of the River Tees
