hi every one, do cuecumbers need lots of sun, or just heat?
i guess what i realy want to say is if i can guarentee them the temperature can i either keep them going or grow some new ones and get fruit or do they need sun  like the tomatoes?

Cucumbers need humidity sun and warmth. Its to late in the year to start growing them again but you can still keep what you have got going. They will die off when it gets to cold.

davyw1  where they are will be exactly the same temp and humidity that it has been all summer,
the only thing that would be different would be the light levals,  cruddy summer with not much sun but lots of daylight hours as per normal in the uk,   still no good?
