New committee; what to do with the old one?!

Yes that is exactly what i'm woried about
we have a few new comers who would like to get involved but i think they are going to be frozen out

Sorry to repeat myself but:

Each member who stands for the Committee has to be: a) proposed by a member; b) seconded by another member; and has to agree to stand.

That nomination is then put to a general meeting of the membership and they can then be elected by a majority vote of those present.

So - if you think it's being rigged, go along and out-vote them!

When i wrote last night i thought that voting papers had gone out, it turns out that only nomination papers had been posted, we can still out vote them at the AGM if there are enough of us, thank goodness. :)
We have also found out that we can still nominate ourselfs at the AGM so still time for that one as well, all is not lost. :)

we have 3 comunity plots on our site all the funding seems to be spent on these projects and nothing to help the site or the plot holders we have got a meeting on Tuesday evening with the council and the site committee , i have been on the site since the end of march this year and the so called committee has not done a thing no meetings not introduced them self's ,i have been told they only formed the committee to get funding for their own projects and that they are not intrested about the rest ,i wont to make tackle this in the meeting but i am not sure how to go about it any suggestion's
You can bury a lot of troubles digging in the dirt.
