Help needed please

Would anyone be kind enough to help me with my problem.

I would like to copy all my photos to a disc, BUT i need a VERY simple guide of instructions on how to do this. Thanks in antisipation.

with my apple mac,i simply shove a blank disc in ,when ive got my photos open,and click on the copy to disc button,are you pc or applemac?im sure someone more useful will be along in a minute
