Any artists out there...fabric dyes

This is al ong shot..
I have a box of Ocaldo dyes, I believe they are for art work rather than garment dying. There are 12 colours like a paint pallete, only directions are mix with 500ml water.

I have never used them and got them with an e bay purchase of silk dyes. (years ago)

Does anyone have any idea how to use them please.

eg, do the colours have to mixed with anything else..or steamed,cured etc.

Here is hoping, you folks have answered some great questions before.

I have tried googling the make with no success.
