will try to upload about 5 shots:

Coneflowers and a twig arbor with no flowers yet but hoping for Heavenly Blue morning glories

Forerunner of some elderberry wine

Mixed Bag: balloon flowers, shasta daisies and zinnias

Pitiful baby of a delphinium I grew from seed. Never can get them to look like those gigantic beauties in your British gardens

Oranges and Lemons. Not too fond of funereal gladioli but liked the orange combo with some sort of yellow wild flower I guess that the birdies dropped. Anyone know what the yellow one might be called??

Can't help you on the yellow one, but your garden is beautiful, I love seeing photos of it.

I also love the way you identify the plants with stones, what a good idea.  What kind of paint do you use?  It's really clever and  looks much better than plastic markers.  :)

Thank you. I saw that idea in a mag. and thought it would solve the trampling of little feet and piles of snow which it has. Acrylic paint works then after it dries it gets sprayed with a clear coat of poly lacquer of some sort which makes them last a number of years.  They'll last  a season with only acrylic.
One more picture   I must have pruned this rose of sharon incorrectly because it can't hold up the weight of blossoms and we haven't had any rain beating it down yet!

Thanks for replying, I would love to have a go, it will be a nice thing to do on a hot summer's day.  The weather with you looks much better than what we are having at the moment.

Thank you.

We could use some of your rain. Our grass is dry as a dog's bone. It's your turn next to get some good summer sun soon.
