Spinach Recipes

Mowed out with the stuff. My own fave is just me messing around. Walnut oil in wok Teasponn of sesame seeds and finely chopped chillis Add a couple of handfuls of shredded spinach and continue frying for a minute or so nice dash of soy sauce and hey presto Spinach a le Barnsley. Any others? i'd love a soup one.

I made a spinach-based soup once and it was pretty bland. In fact it was VILE!

I like it fried with bacon and onions: add cream, black pepper & red wine and slosh it over pasta.

Greek Spinach Filo - Morrocan Pie-  Leek, Spinach and Courgette Bake these all freeze very well especially the bake which I serve with pasta in a bousin sauce if interested in any of the recipes give me a shout I can email the first 2 but the bake would have to be posted.

I have just read about your recipes for spinach, I have rather a lot and was wondering what to do with it, so could you be so kind as to email me your receipts and also your address for the other one.
