Hot Peppers!!

I'll tell you something funny - When we lived in Kenya Mum always had a veg garden and one year she planted sweet peppers, which were lovely, but at the same time, at the other end of the plot, she also planted chillies.  The following year some more peppers came up and so Mum stuffed these with mince and served them up for lunch but these peppers had cross-pollinated with the chillies and boy were they HOT!!

Cross pollination can be a problem, there are about four main groups but some will cross readily...  :o
