Something wrong with my Broad Beans

The plants look really healthy but loads of the flowers have wilted and fallen off.

There has been bees pollinating the flowers but no broad beans growing.

All that's left is a stump where the flower was.

Anyone else having this problem, could it be a dodgy pack of seeds?
