Well my Scotch Bonnets and Hot Wax chillies seem a good size to be planted out now however with all this rain and it has been heavy at times....do you think it will be ok or should I leave it another week?. They are cluttering up the window sill though and it is starting to do Mrs. Leeks swede in a tadge...I wish I had kept my greenhouse now but I needed the space for another shed " at home".

I've been hardening off my Chilli Sicily plants for the last week and tonight is going to be their first night outside.  I think it rather depends on how sheltered your garden is and whether the risk of frost has gone.

They are going on one of my lotties but I am reluctant to cloche them as the wee beasties may take shelter from the elements and have a feast at the same time...Ohh errr! open the box or not?. LOL

Mine are staying in the greenhouse until the windy weather is over.

I think it is too soon but you could make a temporary cloche or cold frame and put them out doors.

Want to swap a bit of rain for some gusty northerly wind?. Haven't had a drop of sky juice in this part of the north west for over two weeks.
