I have some fresh manure currently covered with black polythene. My question is am I supposed to keep turning it over or can I just leave it? Also do you need to keep it damp?
My idea was to build Liverpool into a bastion of invincibility. Napoleon had that idea. He wanted to conquer the bloody world. I wanted Liverpool to be untouchable. My idea was to build Liverpool up and up until eventually everyone would have to submit and give in. Bill Shankly.

I have always just left mine.  When it is time to use, just turn it a little and use.  If you want the top wet,  when it rains - remove the plastic and return it afterwards.

You can also put some Garotta on or Ammonia on to help it rot down quicker
When you wake up on a morning say "good morning world" and be grateful
