Redcurrants

Hi All, I recently planted two small redcurrant bushes. The first one is growing green shoots & leaves & seems happy  :D
But the second one has lost all its green shoots & looks very sad  :'(
Is there anything I can do to cheer it up? Or should I just leave well alone?

I have just put potash around  all our fruit bushes  ,this might help .
