Rare Breeds Wanted

Hello! I am thinking of buying some rarer breed chickens. Does anyone know where I could get them from? I am in the North Lincolnshire area. ??? ;D

Are you near Rand Farm, they have a lot of rare chickens and sometimes have them for sale

yes I am! I didn't know they sold them there!

I took a couple of coaches of kids there 2 years ago and they had several tros of rare breeds for sale. I came home with Silver Wyandottes.It is not a hatchery but they do sell their surplus,, mayebe give them a phone call. I bet they know who does sell them nearby.

Could also try some of the e-bayers selling hatchling eggs, if you contact those close by, they will sometimes sell you older birds - we bought some 13 week old Buff Orpingtons from a lady in Norfolk who sells eggs via e-bay
