Saying this with gritted teeth!!.

My 11 year old daughter had a peek in the greenhouse without telling me she had been in there.   She said she went to look!!!... but........

She did not close the door properly.  Been up there this morning to see loads of my seedlings keeled over  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Anything I can do to save them??  What were once healthy seedlings 24 hours ago now look half dead  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Today will tell you if they're going to make it.
What are they?
Is your greenhouse heated?
Have you thought about swapping your daughter for a greenhouse heater?

She's only 11 wait till she's a teenager i have two of those 'things'! Now I understand why when I was a teenager my father referred to me as she or her never by name and never spoke to me directly!
But when I was a teenager he was in his late 60's/early 70's so the age gap was huge.

I remember the first time by Dad had a greenhouse and grew tomatoes. he went in every day and talked to them as if they were babies. One started to ripen ahead of the others, he watched it carefully.. then one day he went to get it................gone.........when I told him it tasted great I thought my days were numbered!!

There were 6 of us and my dad put a label with each of our names on it onto a tommy stalk. As it ripened we could have it. My first one started to go a bit orangy but then went back to green. That happened for ages. It was only when I spotted my older brother moving my name label onto another green tommy and eating my ripe one did I twig what was going on....so I did the same to my younger brother!
