Greenhouse Raised beds

When I got my greenhouse I manged to get three big raised beds with it.  I only have a 8'6 greenhouse so it limits my space, is it better to take them out for summer time, and use grow bags and pots for my cucumbers and tomoatoes and aubergines or leave them in.  Ihave been tols that its eay to put grow bags on the floor and tie the tomatoes up
