Hi I am following your recipe for Rhubarb wine (this is my first go at wine making).
How long does fermentation take and do you know any recipes for Mint Wine?

Just thought I'd pass this on, for demi johns try as I didi and go to your local refuse recycling place (the local tip). I did and got 14 demijohns for £5. Now thats what I call a bargin.
Bear in mind the health food shops stock wine gear and charge £5 for one.
