damsons

Hi all,  i have 2 large damson trees on my allotment which i know absolutley nothing about,  is there anything i can do with the fruit appart from jam ? regards Andy :D

Crumbles, pies, stewed with custard, chutney, bottled, wine, brandy............

I filled a large glass bottle  with washed and pricked damsons  then poured on as much vodka as would fill it, left for 3\4 months -
filter then drink.
