AMARYLLIS

I have been looking for these bulbs for a while now. Finally found some  in B & Q last week complete with nice ceramix pot and coir compost. It's already starting to grow. It was half price at £3.75.  Don't think that is cheap but maybe the pot makes up for it.

What I really want to ask is, will last year's Amaryllis grow in a coolish potting shed.  Its got light and minimum heat and I have removed the floppy leaves. It was spectacular last year. I never used to like them but it grew on me.
