sliming world choccy cake

anyone got the recipe for the above its a slimming world recipe using scan bran (ryvita ish stuff) aero bar cocoa and syrup etc cooked in the mocrowave and low fat i love it but lost the recipe anyone able to help?

I don't know that one, but here is a yummy one -

Into a blender put 4 extra large eggs (does not work in a food processor) and 3/4 cup sweetener (Splenda or similar). Run at high speed for about 45 seconds till light and fluffy.

Add 100g pecan nuts and whizz briefly to chop them a bit.

Then add - in the following order
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons "flour" (ground almonds or protein powder)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
good 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Blend at high speed for a full TWO minutes pouring a little water through the lid hole to loosen mixture. It should flow freely, but thickly. About half a glass in needed.

Pour batter into a greased 7-inch springform cake pan and bake at 180C (350F) for about 35-40 mins, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

For a luscious topping mix up 200g philly (I use the Lidl equivalent!) with approx. 1/4 pint double cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract and some sweetener to take the edge off the philly. The mix goes liquid at first, but carry on mixing and it will stiffen up again. Spread evenly over cooled cake and decorate with a few berry fruits.

Here's a quick one for the microwave:

2 eggs
1 tbsp double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar-free chocolate flavouring (optional)
100g ground almonds
5 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder

In a microwaveable bowl beat the wet ingredients together then fold in the dry ones

Microwave on full 2 1/2 minutes (time will depend a bit on your microwave)
Turn onto wire rack to cool - and try not to eat it before it does  ;D

Is this the one?

100g All Bran cereal
250ml boiling water
2 eggs
6 heaped tsp of drinking chocolate
½ cup sweetener





   1. Pour the boiling water on to the All Bran in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Add the eggs, drinking chocolate and sweetener and beat the mixture until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. Put the mixture into a 6½ inch round plastic tub or other suitable microwaveable dish, smooth the top with a large spoon or flat knife, and microwave on high for 6 minutes.

4. Turn the cake out on to a plate, cut into 6 slices and enjoy!


31/2 sins per slice!
It's fab and helped me lose 31/2 stone ( along with all my lottie veg of course! ;D
