Don't ask me what or how I did what I did, but it seems I've bought not one, but two Nintendo DS Lite consoles on E-Bay. One for £6.99 and one for £2.00! I thought I'd be daft and put in a silly price seeing as how these things are going for anything up to £150.00!
I thought I was bidding on the one item not another one too....and now I have to stump up shipping costs. Hopefully they'll put both in one package, tho' I doubt it.
That'll teach me to drink wine before I play daft beggers, eh?

PS What are they good for anyway!

This seller has welched on both deals. Seems if the price isn't to his liking he comes up with an excuse not to sell.
Me thinks he's in for a shock!  >:(

hi ken,

Do you know how to complain with ebay?

I paid via PayPal and got an immediate refund with the message the guy was sick and got mixed up. The listing was supposed to be for a friend! This, even tho' the listing has been running since Dec 11.
I left him a neg feedback and a strong online message.
He's been back to me and offered me £10 to remove it...fat chance.
I tried sending him payment for just one of them, so far that's not come back. I'll wait and see what happens.... ::)

This is his two E-mails.....

First....

"hello,
I am sorry this is a private auction of 10 ndsl intend for someone else. I am sorry i didn't mention very clear in my listing.
Sorry about the misunderstanding.
thanks
roy"

Second one, after I had a word in his ear...

"I know i can't say anything but it's really an accident! Please accept my apology and please be kindess to take this negative away. I would offer GBP 10 to you to make up my mistake. thanks roy."

I wonder how many times he's used this one!

hold fire till you get your DS just in case :) then report them to ebay there was something on watchdog about this a couple of weeks ago.

He's now lodged a complaint to E-Bay saying some-one has cloned his ID and are making false sales. Load of rubbish...comunications are all going to his address!
E-Bay have removed the items pending an enquiry, so even if I don't get the items, justice might be done, especially as now quite a few others are coming out of the woodwork to back-up my complaint.
Makes you wonder how many times he's got away with it....I aint backing off...I'll see him fry first.

(Still blowing steam here... >:( )
