mdpe & scaffold polytunnel

Does 50mm MDPE pipe fit over scaffold poles as I know 25mm MDPE is that exact size.

You need 63mm MDPE pipe as it has an inside diameter of 50mm, and scaffold bars are 48mm OD.

50mm won't do, unfortunately. Of course 63mm is hard to get and bl##dy expensive...if you find a source please let me know........ ;)
