Jasmine not flowered

Bought a Winter Jasmin climber earlier this year, so far with no signs of flowering. It is still in a pot (not the one it was bought in) as its final place is not yet finished.

Can anyone give advice on why it hasn't yet flowered, what am I doing wrong

Late autumn, but the info is years out of date, what with global warming and all that jazz, mine is never out until after xmas.

cheers, convinced I was doing something wrong!!!

Its thrown up loads of shoots but nothing else, so thought it was lacking in something. I await the new year with eagerness as I love Jasmin ;)
