Who needs a 30 minute work-out when England are playing?  ;D
If I ever get it all right - then that's the time to quit.

My husband was invited by another ex-pat to watch the match in the local Tabac.  He really did not want to go as the area in the UK in which we lived was full of ex-pats from Asia, who had no problem taking from the UK, but, still supported their home nation.

My husbands parents are Irish, but their children are 'English'.  My hub has always been stuck about where he belongs.  We moved to Brittany 17 months ago and the Bretons are brilliant.  He was really unsure as to who to support, and didn't want to go.  He had the most amazing time as the owners of the Tabac are French wife/ English husband.  Something struck him as being 'English' and he came home almost unable to speak.  There was no threats, and his picture will be in the local paper offering his condolances to the French (our daughters best friend's parent).
