Thomson and Morgan

HI all,
I'm trying to order some stuff from Thomson and Morgan, but I have a query, and need to speak to a human.  Does anybody know how to get past the automated call line, they just keep on cutting me off

Do you have an old invoice from them, if I remember rightly they have a customer service number on it. However it was about 3 years ago when I last phoned them so it might have changed. Sorry that I cannot be more help.

I only placed an order last month. Browsed online then ordered by phone.
I don't recall having any problems.
