Elephant Garlic Seed

I let a couple of my sets go to seed and have saved the seed. Have any of you tried growing from seed before?

No - I grew elephant garlic for the first time this year, and only had one clove because I shared the bulb with 2 others.

I bet the flower was lovely!  Good luck with raising from seed - let us know how you get on...

It was my first year too, because the set was so costly I have saved all new cloves + the seed for planting next year. ::)
