Sorry - another stupid question...

I am having a day of it... are cherries soft fruit?? I have some ripening and was going to cover them with Scaraweb to stop the birds from getting all of them... but it says not to use on soft fruit.  I know that currants and berries are soft but are cherries? Or are them medium soft? HELP!
I promise I will try to stop asking these daft things...

Just to confuse you PIglit -I think they're top fruit :)

I think scaraweb will be ok -it's for use on trees.

Soft fruit is more strawberries, raspberries, currants &c.

Thanks Derbex... my cherries will be wrapped up this weekend.
