sun dried tomatoes

how do i sun dry tomatoes?
my wife help me by sowing my tomatoes (gardens delight)
we now have over 100 plants!  :o
i am trying to think how i can use them when they are ready i don't realy want to look like one

Hi Potter this is a popular request.
If poss pick your toms on a very hot day.

put greaseproof paper on a table or whatever.

and bake in the hot sun all day if poss.

If not put your oven on 1 only and leave for about 6-8hrs.

Try putting some in olive oil when they are thourghly dry LOVELY.
You can keep them for ages.
