Maderian Orchid

Does any one have any advice on the plant with the common name of "Maderian Orchid"- mine was in flower for a good two months possibly longer, but do I cut the flower stems down to ground or leave them be! help of any kind would be appreciated - do not want to lose this lovely plant - I am very proud of it  :-\

If that's Dactylorhiza foliosa, I suggest leaving it alone.
