Advice - What was the 'squash' on the rick stien program tonight

Hi Guys,

On rick stiens mediterianian program tonight someone cooked what they said was like a summer squash but it looked like a yellow cucumber. I would love to try this, did anyone make a note of the plant??

I didn't see it but I have seeds for summer squash that look like yellow courgettes  called Gold Rush,  I also have seeds of Chinese Yellow Cucumbers What did they do with it Cam.? XX Jeannine

Jeannine i think they fried them shopped with onion, parsley, garlic and chilli and added cheese... its all getting a bit vauge  ???

asbean i might need that DVD after all :) let me know how i give you the money for postage etc..
